During the day on September 29, power engineers restored power to 27,400 customers who lost power due to hostilities or technical disruptions.

“Yesterday, power companies restored power to 27,441 customers who had been without power as a result of hostilities or technical disruptions. As of the morning of September 30, 484 settlements were partially affected by hostilities or technical disruptions. power outages remain in place or completely without power,” the statement said.
It is noted that during the day, due to shelling and hostilities, there were power outages in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Odessa, Kharkiv and Kherson regions. For example, in the Zaporizhzhya region, UAV debris fell on an electrical substation, resulting in equipment being switched off and household consumers losing power. A total of 1,212 customers lost power.
In the Kharkiv region, as a result of hostilities, power substations and household consumers lost power, but power supply was restored.
In the Donetsk region, overhead lines were cut due to hostilities, but power supply to consumers was not cut off.
In addition, 45 settlements in the Khmelnytsky region and 11 in the Chernivtsi region lost power due to bad weather.
As of the morning of September 29, 490 settlements in Ukraine have been partially or completely cut off from electricity as a result of hostilities and technical disruptions, Ukrinform reported.
