This morning I learned that I am having an issue where my debit card is being declined for certain transactions involving ATMs. All affected services have now been restored and transactions are processing normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We would also like to thank our technical team for their efforts in providing a quick solution.

A community bank customer reported an issue with a bank-issued card Monday morning.
ABC 33/40 reached out to the Birmingham-based company to find out more about what’s going on.
