BBC Asia Network has announced that its flagship live music event, Asia Network Accreditation 2024, will take place at London’s Electric Ballroom on Friday 8 November from 7pm to 11.30pm.
The line-up for the popular club night event was announced today at Nikita Kanda’s Asian Network Breakfast and will feature performances from Asian Network DJs and special guests including international star Nora Fatehi, who will be performing in the UK for the first time.
Nora Fatehi says, “I can’t wait to perform at the BBC Asian Network Accreditation on the 8th of November. It’s going to be super exciting and I’ll be performing my music, singing and dancing live and sharing some new music with everyone. I’m looking forward to it and it’s going to be pure Nora vibes so don’t miss it!”

Hosted by Asian Network’s Nikita Kanda and Haroon Rashid, viewers can expect a fantastic evening of live music, dance performances and DJ sets throughout the night as well as plenty of surprises as the show brings to the stage the best of Asian music, from Bollywood to Garage, Bhangra and British Asian Beat, as recommended by the station.

Non-ticket holders can tune in to a live broadcast of the event on BBC Asian Network from 8pm to 11.30pm on Friday 8 November. Asian Network DJs will also be broadcasting backstage excitement live from the venue on BBC Asian Network from 5pm, bringing listeners even closer to the action. All the action can be heard live and on-demand on BBC Sounds.
The programme will be available to watch on BBC iPlayer and highlights will be available to watch on the Asian Network’s YouTube channel at a later date, to be announced shortly.

Raghav is an Indo-Canadian singer who rose to fame in 2004 with his debut album, Storyteller. Featuring chart-topping hits such as Angel Eyes, So Confused, Can’t Get Enough and Teri Baaton, the album is currently broadcast on BBC Asian Network and BBC iPlayer in a special live recording from Maida Vale Studios. Storyteller earned Raghav a MOBO Award and a performance on the prestigious Top of the Pops. In recent years, Raghav has collaborated with notable artists such as AR Rahman, Tesher and DIVINE. His song Teri Baaton was remade and featured in the Bollywood film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, which garnered buzz across various platforms and newfound success.
AJD
When you see the name AJD, you can be sure it’s going to be an amazing gig. He has opened for world-famous artists such as Sidhu Moose Wala and Karan Aujla and is the first Punjabi DJ to perform on the main stage at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in 2024. Get ready to experience a one-of-a-kind, highly crafted set. With no limits to his musical knowledge, the DJ can mix the craziest genres on stage to get the crowd going. AJD hosts his own show on the BBC Asian Network every Thursday from 6pm.
DJ Amkusun
DJ AMXN is an open format DJ with the musical and technical chops to elevate any event. AMXN has performed at some of the most lavish weddings and events around the world as well as being the resident hip hop brunch DJ at nightclubs such as Tape and Cirque Le Soir. A regular on the BBC Asian Network, he recently landed a resident slot on the network and will be hosting the September slot of Asian Network’s Pure Spice: The Takeover, fusing urban sounds with desi flavours.
DJ Harps
DJ Harpz is a British-born Punjabi music producer and DJ, known for fusing traditional Punjabi music with contemporary genres such as hip hop, R&B and UK garage. DJ Harpz broke out with his 2012 track “Jaan Nachdi” and gained widespread recognition through his collaborations with artists such as Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Kanika Kapoor, Amar Sandhu, Ezu and Bohemia.
DJ Kitsy
Kizzi is a dynamic DJ known for her electric soundscapes that effortlessly blend dance, club funk and Afrobeat. Her sets are infused with the rich textures of South Asian heritage, creating a unique aural experience that captivates audiences around the world. Kizzi has appeared on stages such as Radio 1’s Big Weekend and opened for artists such as Sukha, Zack Knight and B Young. She will be joining Asian Network in April 2024, bringing the biggest and best party tunes to the network every Saturday from 6pm to 9pm.
DJ Limelight and Kang Dee Man
DJ Limelight has played some of the biggest clubs in the world with urban and South Asian artists such as Central Cee, Stormzy, Sukha, Chani Nattan and B-Young. He has performed legendary freestyles on the Asia Network series Hype On The Mic. He specializes in mixing and fusing South Asian party bangers with hip hop, R&B and Afrobeat. Limelight hosts his own show on the BBC Asia Network every Friday night from 9pm and the New Music Show with Kan D Man every Wednesday from 6pm.
London-born Kang Dee Man began his music career as an MC in 2005 with the release of his solo mix CD, The Undergraduate. The album was aired on BBC Asian Network, Radio 1 and 1Xtra, solidifying Kang Dee Man’s musical credentials. He formed Chronicle Entertainment, a group of London Asian youth MCs with DJ Limelight, contributing to the development of Asian street music. He joined Asian Network in 2008 and has since supported and introduced many artists, from Giggs and Stormzy to British Asian artists such as CAPS, JJ Esco and Muki. Kang Dee Man hosts the New Music Show with DJ Limelight every Wednesday from 6pm, as well as the Pakistan Show on BBC Asian Network every Sunday from 5pm to 7pm, shedding light on Pakistani culture.
DJ Ryan
Originally from East London, music producer and DJ LYAN has produced music for some of the biggest names in Asian music including Mickey Singh, Jonita Gandhi, Nish and Bambi Bains. His smash hit “Desi Trill” featuring Malkit Singh and Chip is featured on the latest FIFA soundtrack.
DJ Henna
DJ Henna carefully blends the best of each genre to create the best energy at every event. DJ Henna is one of the UK’s leading music professionals with a successful track record spanning 11 years in the live music industry. During that time, DJ Henna has performed at various clubs, weddings and corporate events showcasing her talent and abilities. DJ Henna continues to further solidify her track record within the industry, promoting female empowerment and breaking barriers.
Imperial Drummers
The Imperial Drummers are a collective of highly skilled Indian percussionists widely known for their energetic playing and deep passion for music. At the heart of their art is the dhol, a traditional Indian drum known for its powerful, rhythmic beat. The group skillfully blends the rich cultural tradition of the dhol with a variety of contemporary musical genres, including bhangra, R&B, hip hop and house music. Their performances have garnered a devoted following within the South Asian community and beyond. Having performed on some of the world’s largest stages, the Imperial Drummers continue to hone their dhol technique, respecting their traditional roots while redefining dhol’s place in global music culture.
