The Herefordshire winner joins 28 others who have won a total of £190 million and will be awarded a portrait taken by Rankin, who has photographed many iconic figures including Queen Elizabeth II and the Rolling Stones. They posed for photos and group photos to celebrate the anniversary.

The 26-year-old from Herefordshire had downloaded the app just days before hitting the jackpot.

Although his initial purchases were modest, Leighton eventually decided to spend some more of his winnings and took 13 of his friends to a villa in Greece.
“It cost us £30,000, but it would have been a mistake not to do something really fun before the clever Neil took over,” he said.
“Since then, I bought a four-bedroom house near my parents. My mother still makes me tea.”
Winner Matt Miles
Fellow Herefordshire winner Matt Miles became a millionaire in 2014. The 36-year-old said his first year of winning was a “bit of a wild ride” and his first shopping spree was a holiday with 13 of his best friends. .
