How do I submit a statement for the record?
Individuals or organizations who wish to include their comments in the hearing record must submit a blank statement in a Word document of no more than 10 pages. No other file formats will be accepted. The first page of the statement must include the title and date of the hearing, and the name and address of the individual or organization. Statements must be received within two weeks of the conclusion of the hearing.
